Indy Critical Mass - Free exchange of ideas and information for Indianapolis, Indiana Critical Mass. Indy Critical Mass meets downtown at the corner of Illinois & Washington under the Artsgarden the last Friday of every month at 5:30 p.m. for a short, non-competitive urban bike ride through the city. The rides are free and take place rain or shine, all year.
